Main responsibilities:

As a car technician, you will perform and diagnose service and repairs on Volvo, Renault, and Dacia, but other brands and passenger cars may also occur as we are connected to the multi-brand workshop concept. Technology is advancing rapidly, and hybrid and electric drives are becoming more common. Through your engaged and professional approach, you will always make the customer feel professionally welcomed. You are responsible for the entire process: from booking appointments to having the car ready for pickup and providing feedback to the customer. You will receive your own phone and computer and will be responsible for your own planning, with support from the workshop coach if needed.

What we expect from you:

We believe you have a technical interest in cars and enjoy working directly with customers. We prefer that you have automotive technical training or experience in similar tasks; experience from the damage/car glass industry is an advantage. However, the most important thing for us is that you have a burning interest in technology and cars, are quick to learn new things, and are sociable. You are open to continuous improvements and changes in work methods. You are a proactive and solution-oriented person.

You have a good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. A driving license (B) is required.

The position is a permanent full-time employment, and the location is at Skobes Bil in Tranås.
